This year we will be utilizing even more of the event space that Jackpot Junction has to offer including the first floor Dacotah Expo Center! Friday morning conference registration, meals, entertainment, and vendors will all be located on the first floor. The conference opening remarks and kickoff keynote speaker will also be held in the Dacotah Expo Center. Maps of the event spaces are linked below.
Second Floor (map)
The breakout sessions and closing keynote will be held on the second floor meeting space in the Tatanka Ballroom and Grand Eagle Ballroom.
The CPR/First Aid courses will be held in the Thunderbird Room.
The professional headshots will be done in the Running Horses Room.
Afternoon Hors D’Oeuvres will be served in the pre function area located between the Grand Eagle Ballroom and the Tatanka Ballroom.
Space is available on each floor for prayer and/or breastfeeding. Reach out to a committee member if you’d like to utilize this space.
Making your way from the event space on the second floor to the first floor is a breeze!
Walking through a small portion of the casino floor:
- Take the escalator or stairs across from the Butterfly room
- Follow the signage and the arrows shown on the map below to get from the escalator to the Prairie Winds pre function area and the Dacotah Expo Center.
Avoiding the casino floor:
- Take the hallway to Crossed Arrows to the elevator or stairs located right outside of the Crossed Arrows Ballroom.
- The stairs and elevator will take you down to the ticket area and right next to the Prairie Winds pre function area and Dacotah Expo Center.

All meals will be served in the Dacotah Expo Center.
Our fabulous vendors will be located in the Prairie Winds pre function area.
Friday night social hour, and entertainment will be held in the Dacotah Expo Center.
